Rights Adviser Reporting Materials
For use by Rights Advisers appointed by facilities
The PPAO is responsible for maintaining records of rights advice visits in Schedule 1 psychiatric facilities under the Mental Health Act. The PPAO Rights Advice Service generates reports for those facilities that use our service. Most facilities in Ontario currently designate PPAO as Rights Adviser.
Facilities that designate their own Rights Advisers internally are responsible for sending monthly statistical reports to PPAO. The attached materials are for their use.
